The Speyside Kiltwalk

September 14, 2014 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Kiltwalk is a uniquely Scottish sponsored walking event, which sees thousands of participants throughout Scotland tackle 26, 16 or 5 mile sponsored walks across some of the county’s most iconic scenery to raise money for Scotland’s Children, and this year it’s coming to Speyside its second year.

Setting off from the coastal town of Buckie, Kiltwalkers will follow the valley of the river Spey finishing with a party in Aberlour. With the promise of fantastic entertainment, lots of kilts and more free food than you can shake a walking stick at, it promises to be a fantastic family day out.

Remember, you don’t need to be a Commonwealth athlete to talk part, you can always enter the half walk (16m) or the wee walk (5m) – you just need to be someone who wants to make a difference, and we invite you to come and join the CLIC Sargent team.
