Blessed as we are to be in the Heartland of Scotland's Natural Larder, our Executive Chef, Brendon, has a plethora of choice when sourcing the sweetest lamb; the finest reared beef and pork; all of which come from local farmers, as dedicated to their craft as Brendon is to his.

Vegetables and herbs from our own gardens; fresh fish and shellfish from Buckie and Portsoy; and the most flavoursome game from a variety of estates through the Highlands.

Moray and Spey Valley contain the greatest concentration of Malt Whisky distilleries anywhere in the world. From world famous brands such as Glenfiddich and Macallan, to lesser known, but equally exceptional distilleries like Benromach and Glen Moray.

Your hosts in Ramnee's 'Tipplings' Cocktail Lounge, Marjory and Andrew, will be delighted to take you on a whisky tasting tour of the whole of Scotland, and will take you safely back to your hotel room, should your personal tour be a little too expansive.
