55 is not only a restaurant, but more of a concept. Bringing together many aspects of business under the one roof. Brainchild of former Elgin Academy pupil Dave Buchanan who has worked in some of Scotland's biggest and most exclusive resorts. Having worked internationally throughout the Middle East and continuing his post as personal chef to the Baron of Lee at his estate in South Lanarkshire, he has now decided to bring some of Gourmet Glasgow to Elgin and the greater Moray area.
