Feedback from visitors

Thank you so much for all your help,I am really looking forward to showing my husband some off the scottish history. Last year when we came up the time was mainly spent revisiting schools that I went to and places where I had lived. This time I hope to show him more of what Scotland has to offer, and with your help I can now do this.

What is the best place to spot the dolphins?

From the coast you can often spot the dolphins from the beaches of Nairn, Findhorn, Burghead, Spey Bay, Findochty, Portknockie, Cullen Bay, Portsoy and Troup Head near Pennan. At the moment we're working with the Moray Wildlife Centre and the Dolphin Space Program on a dedicated dolphin page with the view points located on a map and names of the different cruise companies that organise dolphin trips in the Moray Firth.

You can also click on the links below for more information on the dolphins and other wildlife in the Moray Firth.

Walks in the area?

There are many opportunities to have a nice walk in the Speyside area. Most famously the Speyside Walk. Have a look at our wiki pages for a list of trails and walks in the area. Also there is a great web site called Walk Highlands that lists all sorts of walks in the Cairngorms area.
