Noah's Ark Café & Bistro, Dufftown
At this time of year, the old Victorian, workman's fire is lit with peat and coals and fills the room with warmth, heating the chestnuts roasting on the top of it. There is the most delicious home-made punch which people enjoy as the best which is alcohol free and full of spices. Home-made vegetarian or vegan mince pies are presented with whisky butter and cream or soya cream. There is home-made Christmas cake which will appeal to all except those on a gluten free diet and a special cake can be made for them. Noah's menu is on the go with special soups, dishes and drinks to keep out the cold.
